About David

Why I built DW Trading.

I discovered trading in 2018 and started taking it seriously in 2020 through a copy-trading group. I was convinced I could figure it out on my own.

For three years I tried to teach myself. No course, no mentor, no real process. I stacked indicators, jumped between strategies, and stayed somewhere around break-even at best.

What changed was admitting I needed help. I bought my first course, and my first real results came shortly after, partly through prop-firm capital while I built confidence in my own account. A mentor then helped me cut the noise and focus on one strategy with a handful of clean setups.

From that base I developed my own trading. Today I trade about 1.5 hours a day, which is all I need. DW Trading is the path I wish I had on day one: same journey, without the three years of guessing on my own.
