Terms

These terms apply to your use of dwtradingfx.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms.

Services are provided by Social Meister LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as DW Trading (“we”, “us”, “DW Trading”). Full entity details are on the Legal notice page.

The services we offer

DW Trading offers educational services for Forex traders:

• Free course: an eight-lesson email-gated course about Forex trading fundamentals, mindset, and structure.
• Standard membership: monthly subscription including access to the community Discord channels for ongoing market discussion, plus additional educational content.
• Premium membership: monthly subscription including the Premium Academy course library, weekly live sessions, the trading journal inside the member portal, and a monthly trade review by David.
• 1:1 Mentoring: individual coaching with David, booked as a separate package.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws of the country you are in.

Accounts

You sign up using your email address through a passwordless link sent by our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Notify us immediately at admin@dwtradingfx.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

One account per person. Sharing account access with a third party is not permitted.

Mentor access

Mentor access is granted by code from David, on invitation. Redeeming a code does not automatically share your journal. You must additionally enable sharing in your settings. Sharing can be revoked at any time. Past view logs are retained for transparency even after sharing is revoked.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid memberships are billed monthly through our payment provider Whop. By starting a paid subscription you authorise Whop to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.

Founding member pricing, where offered, is described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Founding pricing remains locked in for the duration of an uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, your new subscription is at the then-current regular price unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through Whop, from the order management page linked in the member portal under Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until the period ends.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window for the first month of a new paid subscription. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are processed through Whop within 5-10 business days of approval.

For 1:1 Mentoring sessions, refunds are not available once a session has been delivered. Unused sessions in a prepaid package can be refunded pro-rata at our discretion if requested before the package expiration date.

Refund requests go to admin@dwtradingfx.com. We respond within two business days.

Intellectual property

All course content, videos, slides, written materials, the DW Trading Levels indicator, and any other materials produced by us and made available through the Services are the intellectual property of Social Meister LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for your own learning while your account is active.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Download, copy, or redistribute course videos or written content.
• Use any of our content for commercial purposes.
• Republish, mirror, or upload our content to any third-party platform.

Violation of these restrictions may result in account termination without refund.

Community conduct

In the Discord community and any other interactive area provided through the Services you agree to:

• Treat other members and David with respect.
• Not share content that is hateful, harassing, illegal, or sexually explicit.
• Not solicit other members for unrelated business or services.
• Not share your trades or analysis as guaranteed predictions or as advice to others.

We reserve the right to remove content and remove members who violate these rules, without refund.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Services.

In particular, we do not guarantee any trading result. Past performance shown in materials is not a promise of future results. See the Risk disclaimer for the full statement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Meister LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including the community conduct rules, the intellectual property restrictions, or in cases of fraud or chargeback abuse. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and writing to admin@dwtradingfx.com to request account deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply, those rules continue to apply alongside these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will notify active account holders by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
